![]() Bearing in mind there were 7 adults in our party I really don't think 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers was adequate you don't have to be a genius to do the Math ! Oh and also the WiFi coverage in the yard was hopeless. The final addition was a tiny gas barbecue, I lifted the gas bottle and it seemed to be full so I thought "oh at least we can barbecue" until I lifted the lid to find the grill absolutely filthy covered in someone else's caked on, burnt on leftovers and I thought nope I didn't come on vacation to clean some dirty pigs' grill for them. Two equally old wooden sunloungers with dirty, stained cushions well past their sell by date. This is again where the good news finishes, the garden furniture was horrid a really old-fashioned heavy solid wood small square table and 4 chairs with filthy seat cushions and rubbed off wood stain revealing a "patina" that looked about 30 years old, definitely never seen a lick of varnish. The backyard must be one of the smallest on the estate but the small pool and jacuzzi were at least a good temperature and were cleaned and maintained each week, no Lanai though so fierce sun and bugs are a huge problem. ![]() The huge garage was a surprise but not in a good way, was hoping for a pool table or maybe pingpong, but no completely empty. The place was absolutely devoid of any character or finishing touches. In terms of the furniture generally I'm assuming the Owners bought new for their Main Residence and brought all the old worn out rubbish to Marker Ave. The bar stools and dining chairs were threadbare as was the large corner sofa. The kitchen was adequate but again dated. I was amazed it was built as recently as 2016, it looked older especially the carpeting which was absolutely minging ! Starting with the average bits the bedrooms and ensuites were dated but serviceable. Also quite a bit of road noise from the I4 and customer noise from the nearby Mobil gas station, does everyone drive a Monster Truck and test the limits of their speaker system ?!īearing in mind we paid top dollar for this Villa I would fairly describe it as dated, threadbare and grubby. First off and echoing some other general comments I would highly recommend being on the Clubhouse side of the road, crossing Old Lake Wilson either by car or on foot was a nerve wracking nuisance ! Like others we also suffered with some very noisy neighbours for a few nights but didn't bother phoning in and stirring up trouble. Had a great timeĭid we get the smallest, nastiest Villa out of the 850 units at Encore, I can't say for certain but I'm guessing so. Outside of being up till Midnite a few nites, I would stay there again. Don’t know why they have that written in the rules for the Resort when they don’t enforce them. Keep my grandchildren & some of us adults up till Midnite. The alarms were going off constantly till about Midnite also. ![]() They have door alarms at each house that lead to the house pools. We had 2 houses behind us who had loud parties at there pools & back yard till about Midnite. My only complaint is the quiet time starts at 10 PM & it is not enforced. Stores are about 5-10 mins away for groceries. They offer a shuttle service to take you to some of the Theme Parks. They have 3 huge slides & a kids area with smaller slides. Even though we had a pool with the house, we spent 2 days st the Water Park. Staff at the Water Park was so friendly & helpful. This was our second time we have rented a house at Encore for our family.
